Cotswold House is situated only a two-minute walk from the village centre.
Accommodation
Cotswold House has 3 guestrooms in the main house and a separate bungalow in the garden. Entrance
to the main house is via an elegant hall with curved stairway leading to a galleried landing.
Bedroom 1
Our family room; this large room with views to the front and rear of the house has a double bed and
a single bed with room for a cot or small child’s bed as required, cot available on request. This room has its own en-suite bathroom, colour TV, tea and coffee making facilities.
Bedroom 2
This south facing en-suite room overlooking our garden. The room has a double bed, colour TV, tea and coffee making facilities.
Bedroom 3
Again this room faces south over our rear garden, the room has a double bed ensuite bathroom comprising of, bath with shower over, WC, washbasin. Room complete with colour TV, tea and coffee making facilities.
Bungalow in the garden
We also offer bed and breakfast accommodation in our bungalow situated in our rear garden, this
self-contained accommodation is ideal for families, and those who like a little more space, it is very popular for that short break. Sleeps up to five people (plus a cot is available if required). It comprises
of a bedroom with a double bed and single bed, also a double sofa-bed in the lounge. It has its own bathroom with a bath with shower over, washbasin and WC. There is a basic seperate kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge, and cooking / eating utensils etc. The lounge has a colour TV, small table with four chairs, and patio doors leading into the conservatory, this then leads to the patio and garden, which you are
welcome to use, (children must be supervised at all times by an adult).
Breakfast
Breakfast for all accommodation is served in the main house, between 8:00am and 9:00am; all
food is cooked to order, full English, toast, fruit, cereal, tea, coffee and fruit juice etc is included in the
price.

We accept payment by cash and cheques up to the limit of a supporting guarantee card, cheques

Arrival time 12:00 – 18:00 (other times by prior arrangement), departure by 10:30 am.
If you are travelling by coach, rail or Taxi etc we are happy to store your luggage on the day of departure up to 16:30 if this helps - just ask.
Directions
From Cirencester and North Leach on the A429 (Fosse Way) take the first right turn into the village
with the river Windrush on you right travel about ¼ mile, on the left is the Mouse Trap Inn, then the look for Cotswold House on the right.
From Cheltenham use the A40, then A436 at the staggered junction (where it joins the A429) turn
left, then immediately right into the village, with the river Windrush on you right travel about ¼ mile,
on the left is the Mouse Trap Inn, then the look for Cotswold House on the right.
